CAPITANA / SWING / MAQUILLADORA
María Carrillo Gavira, también conocida como Mery, nacida en S/C de Tenerife, dedica su infancia hasta los 14 años a la gimnasia rítmica. Después de retirarse de ésta, decide probar con el baile
y se enamora de él hasta tal punto que decide, a la edad de 18 años, encaminar su futuro en esta disciplina artística y a estudiar danza contemporánea en el Real Conservatorio de danza De Madrid.
Dos años después, es seleccionada para entrar en el programa televisivo “Fama a Bailar” donde llega a ser finalista.
A raíz de este momento, realiza dos giras con el programa, una serie de televisión de Antena 3, participa en varios videoclips, y con varias compañías de danza... y viaja a Los Ángeles para
ampliar su formación en las danzas urbanas.
Posteriormente, se va a vivir a Barcelona donde imparte clases y continúa formándose como bailarina.
A los 25 años, Mery decide volver a su ciudad de origen para poder transmitir todo lo aprendido como profesora en varias escuelas de la isla y estudiar maquillaje y dedicarse profesionalmente a
ello conjuntamente.
Actualmente, trabaja junto a la Compañía “PERFORDANCE” como Capitana/Swing y forma parte de la dirección artística de la misma.

As a result of this moment, he made two tours with the program, an Antena 3 television series, participated in several video clips, and with several dance companies ... and traveled to Los
Angeles to expand his training in urban dances.
Subsequently, she goes to live in Barcelona where she teaches and continues to train as a dancer.
At 25, Mery decides to return to her hometown to be able to transmit everything she has learned as a teacher in various schools on the island and to study makeup and dedicate herself
professionally to it.
Currently, she works with the Company “PERFORDANCE” as Captain / Swing and is part of the artistic direction of the same.
